Do you have to get new meds if this happens?
So weirdly my meds haven’t been working very well this week and I’ve been cycling between feeling quite depressed and quite manic, sometimes simultaneously, which just now led to me getting very emotional over a tin of golden syrup in Tesco. BPD, eh?

Honestly, no idea. I don’t know if it means they’re not working anymore or if maybe there’s just a lot going on and it’s overflowing a little. I said ‘quite’ because it’s nowhere near as intense as if I were off them, and I’ve been quite good at handling it.

My meds seem to have been "wearing off" this past couple months. I'm hoping that when I turn 18 (which is very soon), I'll be able to get on this experimental ketamine trial.
