Always believe in yourselves. I had that quite recently by a successful figure in the games industry which led to several nights of anxiety. Had to really fight it off and now the urge to prove them wrong is even stronger. Take care and you’re the best! 
So I just spent a whole month doubting my own sanity because of a successful gaslighting attempt by someone who was once my best friend of twelve years. Sorry to rant, just... I’m really annoyed about/hurt by it. Recurring dreams every single night don’t help.
