OMG, I hate smalltalk, I mean, I don't hate it, I just find it so awkward and hard to maintain! Also... with me, replace trains with weather: "so... quite cold/warm today, innit?" "Yeah..." HUMANS ARE HARD TO UNDERSTAND, OK? 
Right? And you can’t just go straight to existential oblivion either, so... My way to break the ice with my ex best friend was to do an impression of a digger but as a duck but I also feel like that’s only endearing to certain kinds of people
I'd pay to see that I remember this one time I'd met this person and we had to take the lift to the 16th floor!! I commented on the weather even though I'd commented on it moments before!!! And he said "you said that already". This is physically painful to remember.
Lifts are THE worst.
