My uncle has throat cancer and they had to take out most of his throat and vocal cords so he can no longer speak or eat.. it's truly awful to see. Hope you're doing ok and I'm only a message away if you need to talk♡
My grandpa has lost the ability to swallow. They’re giving him paracetamol through a tube and watching him closely to make sure he doesn’t choke on his own saliva. When he talks, nobody can hear or understand. Old age is cruel.
