I got called all sorts of names by ‘other customers’ after writing to TUI to say that people in the shop said they couldn’t help me and I’d have to go online while the people online said the same thing about the shop...

Lmao, always so interesting how that works.. It’s the same for many companies though, you’d expect them to be slightly better at customer service than they are. Always surprising how terrible they are sometimes.

Yup. I also have a very strong suspicion that many of them pay employees to pose as other customers and bully those who complain, judging how how well they all know the Ts&Cs... And hey get this, there’s even a support group for people they’ve bullied
