We're having a rough launch! It happens. Could def be worse. And some people are getting something they're enjoying from it.
Yeah, this is all correct. It's frustrating because, in my experience, both now and at Jagex, being engaged with players can be so rewarding for both sides, but it can turn so, so fast and the internet can make people cruel.
I've deleted Reddit from my phone because it was so tempting to trawl through ad see a load of hate. Seeing criticisms doesn't emotionally affect me at all, but attacks on the team riles me, and I still feel a bit of a need to put my foot down.
I wanna see the feedback to day 24 next week as a sort of learning thing as it'll be harder to filter it down after everything's out, but after that I might check out a little more, as you've recommended.
