Urgh, since it’s come up again, let me be clear... I am not against receiving feedback. My colleagues all know that very well. What I am against is aggressiveness, spitefulness and inconsideration, and accusations based on assumption. Ask more, accuse less.

And let me be clear, 99% of the assumptions I see on Twitter and Reddit are wildly incorrect. If you don’t know the process, you’re more than likely being unfair. And even then, there are ways to do it without being callous.
