If your approach to giving criticism is unconstructive and aggressive then do you really need to ask yourself why individual devs aren’t engaging with you as much?
I stand by my earlier sentiment, since it seems to be winding people up: if you don’t have all the information, your judgements are gonna be uninformed and probably unfair, so you should probably think before throwing assumptions and accusations around.
Like yeah praise is nice but it’s also unnecessary; if you talk to me or ask me questions in a calm, reasonable and open-minded manner then I’ll try to respond to you. That’s all it takes. Just be mature.
So much of the negativity I read online is based off incorrect assumptions and it’s just exhausting and tbh I should just stop reading. Literally, if you don’t know, you 
don’t know but idk if you wanna ask and find out and you’re nice then I’ll answer if it’s appropriate
Like literally I am happy to be used as an educational resource for folks interested in narrative design, so as long as you’re polite about it, how about swapping up that uninformed assumption for an opportunity to learn? Let’s talk. If it’s my place to answer, I’ll answer.
