Also... if several people feed back on the same thing, it needs addressing. They might not even be right about why it’s a problem, but the fact that it’s standing out and interrupting the flow of reading is indicative that there’s an issue.

Yup. I don’t always agree with a suggestion, but it remains that there’s still something to be addressed regardless. It’s better sometimes to ask the person to describe *why* it’s not working, then you can find a solution on your own that works for you.
