That doesn’t mean feedback and constructive criticism is a bad thing. We need you to tell us what you do and don’t like, what you want instead. What I’m saying is, please don’t make assumptions about why you didn’t get it unless you have the insight and experience to back it up.
One last thing: please also be respectful to the developers who will have worked hard and poured their passion and themselves into the game you’re playing, who did the best they could and really, really hoped you’d love it, and who probably do read your feedback. Sarah out.

Very nice thread, feels very related with how some people are towards jagex mods. Half the time its not even those people that had anything to do with the content and still getting flamed...and if it was them, ofc they are trying/tried. They are human too!
That’s the issue with having people on the front lines talking to players, for all its positives. But yeah, people often don’t consider that there are other factors, people, etc involved and individuals very rarely have complete control/agency.
An extra addendum: Be nice to QA. It's a thankless job and a hell of a lot harder than people seem to realise.
The hardest part is emotional attachment. Constructive criticism can feel like an attack quickly if people can't let go of the attachment it's hard to see things from a different perspective. Basically, no one likes their baby called ugly.
The person criticizing should also understand that even though they made a suggestion they can't have an attachment to their criticism. Art it subjective and sometimes someones vision isn't for everyone.
