Not all of them. And none of them are 100% anybody, just degrees of 'inspired by'. We had Hideo Muraoka on the art ref sheet for Lucas -- but it's all just to spark off ideas! The artists worked their own magic and made them all brand new.pic.twitter.com/wtnroL6jKI
The guy you linked wasn't a reference, but I can definitely see it! In *my* head, Bobby was somewhere between Patrick from Perks Of Being A Wallflower and Louis from season four of Telltale's The Walking Dead. There are a few easter eggs for the latter.
