I write all my ideas and observations down on my phone. Today, I spent some time moving them all across to a single word doc. 91 A4 pages. Jeez.

Wow that was some serious undertaking! How much of it do you recall? or is still relevant? I always find my notes of old confusing or to be quite random at times =D
They tend to build on each other, and a lot of them are to do with stuff I’m actively working on in my spare time, so a lot of it is actually quite useful! Other stuff is just thoughts and feelings (some of it alcohol induced) and those are... less helpful, but often amusing

Hah yeah I bet! I have about 100+ trello board's* full of
#gamedesign notes and ideas I need to condense into another format at some point
*before I worked out the correct way to use it of course. -
