Exactly! I was the same with bench. Was just increasing slightly each time. I love how even trying to lift something is progress, just makes that feeling when you DO lift it even more awesome.

Very true! I was stuck just doing the bar on bench for about three weeks and when I finally lifted it I felt soooo good. Also, weird one... I can’t SEE that much of a change yet in my physique (early days) but I feel much better anyway? Nice how that works
