Pro tip: If you're looking to get published, don't go to Austin Macauley. The names on the contracts are made up, for starters, and they don't actually read your work (at least, this was the case when I was there). Avoid.

I'd love to see you achieve that dream! Re: desserts, you're probably much better at it than I was... my presentation skills were god awful. By the time it got to them, the ice cream would be half-melted and skidding around the plate. Still the most fun part, though!
