I used to be 145 kilograms, im 106 now. Its good that they raise awareness, but some of it is incredible fixed mindset. Diets do not work, changing ur lifestyle absolutely does. Obesity is bad for ur health, its the same as saying well not ALL smokers have bad health. 1/2.

Theres absolutely something you can do about it. If you feel insecure or bad, know that it doesnt have to be. U CAN change, and u can be better. Its a tough road, but theres alot of people Walking it. Everyone has the strenght to change.
