I don't too often talk about it on this account, but depression is totally kicking my butt today. Had my first thoughts of self harm in over a month. But I resisted.
Well done for resisting. Won’t be the same for everyone, but watching funny vines often cracks apart its hold for me. I also write emails to my future self and contemplate the idea that they got through it. Sending kickass vibes your way
