Here’s an idea: No competitions, no lists No feeling that your worth or value is being evaluated and compared Just a party A BIG party A celebration of all the women in our industry and their contributions (Like last night but without the list part, and maybe a bit warmer)
And let’s make that as inclusive as possible too. Inclusive of anyone who identifies as female, but also non-binary folks. A celebration of all those who don’t fit into the boys’ club. The boys are invited to celebrate our achievements with us, but we get free entry and drinks
