I feel like this is taken out of context. What if you buy a game that is unplayable or not at all how it was marketed? Should you just swallow the cost? If you ordered a salad and they brought spaghetti bolognaise, should you just be quiet, eat and pay? What if it had a insects?

If that were the context, I might agree with you, and I realise that this was context-less! Unfortunately it seems more to be the product of people not recognising the value of mobile games as a valid genre.
