Really wish this eating disorder shite would fuck off, tbh. Back in that mindset of hating myself all the time and that's just no on when I've got plenty of other much more exciting stuff to be getting on with.

I'm at the end of treatment but I can feel the grip tightening as we get into warmer weather, been reviewing old "contracts" and hoooo boy do I not want to enter into another unfulfillable contract
