so many of my friends tease me for loving it or think it’s a bad film, but few things affect me quite like it — it feels so personal to me.

one of my closest friends at the time watched it obsessively because she loved the design of the movie in general. a lot of the architecture in the movie was stuff she recognized from art class and whatever else. she was the only one that loved it more than me.
