Lost my mom over the years to a neuro degenerative disease and she finally left us two years ago next Tuesday. I was 29, my sister 25. My grief was very different but so similar too, I couldn't read through it all. Thank you.
I’m sorry to hear that. With my dad, it happened quickly — over a couple of months, because they didn’t believe him when he asked for tests. Watching it happen over years though... I really am sorry. All the best to you for next week. DM me if you need.
You're very kind, thank you. We're doing well. I'm sorry for your dad. Memory is a tricky thing. We may not remember everything. And others may not remember us. But the results of lives live on in those we leave behind. I think that's the most important thing we can hold on to.
