It's very common knowledge, it's shared on all social media, in clans and voice chat too. But it's happening right across the board, not saying its right, its just not specific to this group of people. Secretarial staff are the original on this, it's still not going away easily
The instances being addressed are those specifically where mods are being found to be using their mod accounts inappropriately, as that is what the contract covers. Not sure why it hadn't been addressed previously if/when raised. That's a Jagex question, I guess.
