That's what I'm thinking. A lot of people use their job titles or power to flirt. If a billionaire wanted to bed you, I guarantee it wouldn't take long for them to let you know that they have money.
It's pretty sleazy and an abuse of power. But the issue here is the breach of company policy/inappropriate use of account owned by and representing Jagex.
