Are now afraid to even compliment a women without being accused of sexual harassment, all I'm saying is ppl need to think rationally in these situations and not jump to conclusions, cause it could ruin a good persons life
Yes, you're right. People need to think. People need to think about whether their compliment could make the other person feel threatened or uncomfortable, or about whether it's appropriate or wanted.

And the one receiving the compliment needs to think as well instead of jumping to the conclusion that person complimented me he's prob wants to sexual harrass me or assault me, wen in most cases its just a friendly compliment

I had a friend who offered a girl a ride home cause of how bad the weather was he made no advances on her he wasn't even interested that girl then falsely accused him of rape which got cops involved, wen it finally came to light that she made it all up
