It is unprofessional but if the other party is consenting adult and likes that attention then that's there choice, if the player is uncomfortable they can say I'm not interested or just block the account there's no need to ruin that jmods career over something like that
The main point you're missing is that Jmods shouldn't be making those advances on their work accounts in the first place. That's not why they have them. I'm simply calling to put an end to that behaviour. It's an abuse of (subjective) power.
