One of the many problems with borderline is I can never tell whether thats the reason why I feel the way I do, or if there’s a genuine cause. It feels the same.

So good to have friends like that. Historically ive also had it where I always assume it’s me; I’ve let it go unquestioned and been screwed over. Never know whether the feelings should be directed inwards or outwards.
It’s so easy to attribute everything to your illness and let yourself get treated badly, but its so hard to know when that’s actually happening
