Yeeeeah. I find myself dependent on other people a lot of the time to give me perspective. It sucks but am grateful for ma friends help so much
One of the many problems with borderline is I can never tell whether thats the reason why I feel the way I do, or if there’s a genuine cause. It feels the same.

So good to have friends like that. Historically ive also had it where I always assume it’s me; I’ve let it go unquestioned and been screwed over. Never know whether the feelings should be directed inwards or outwards.
