Station Eleven is the first novel I’ve read in maybe eight months and I was struck by the artfulness of the prose and the fact that the author could just, like, do whatever they want. Without worrying about scope or budget or etc etc. I experience this after every lapse.
Omg that sounds like a dream! Wait... You mean to say that's actually possible? That's a thing?
