1. I can't book online because your 'make payment' button ceases to go anywhere once I enter my info
2. They refuse to help me in-store because apparently you're not cross-platform or W/E, apparently I need to talk to the web team
3. YOU HAVE NO LIVE WEB CHAT
I’ve tried several different devices with the same outcome. Whenever I’ve managed to track down the live chat page, it has always said it’s unavailable, despite being within the right times. Tried again at different points throughout the day with no luck :(

Update: just managed to make a change to my booking using safari, but it feels very very odd that chrome of all browsers isn’t supported.
