That is a very specific element you're looking for. There is one book with a particular chapter that comes to mind, but it might not be your cup of tea.

It's a little difficult to gauge what good means, but I think most books which are about a journey often portray time through scenery changes, such as Hyperion by Dan Simmons.

The Calculating Stars by
@MaryRobinette is very clear on time passing. And I think, though it is very different, that Timegods' World by L.E.Modesitt, Jr. might also be interesting to look at, though time has washed away clear recall of how it is written. - Pokaż odpowiedzi

Can't remember if I already recommended this to you, but try James Smythe's "The Explorer". Time is very funky in that.
-
Seconding this and also just recommending Smythe's work overall. The Machine does kinda the opposite, feels like time stopped still (not that the book is slow paced, it's just very isolated and dream-like).

I thought that Murakami did this fascinatingly in Norwegian Wood, the way months slip by between paragraphs is sublime. Although this might actually be the opposite of what you’re looking for, depending on how you read the question haha.
-
No, this is actually perfect! Plus I have the book already which makes it easier
