Six months later, when struggling to juggle all three roles has destroyed my mental health: “Yeah so we’re happy to just keep things as they are with you working all three roles with the same old job title and salary. That OK your end?”

OH! Forgot to mention. I also got put on a performance improvement plan in that time because I made a few mistakes. I wonder if maybe that was something to do with working three roles without compensation or recognition...

Ugh, reminds of when newly hired HR asked me if I had anything to raise and I told them I'd been taking on extra work which wasn't part of my job description and took up at least 30% of every work day. "Every role comes with some ad hoc tasks" :/ Hope you're doing better now!

It's okay, I left after another meeting where I expressed frustration with several management issues and that my complaints were unaddressed for over a year. And that I'd only stayed because I valued the work and loved the team. Same HR person: "well no one's keeping you".
