I find it funny when people's reviews for your game are "It was good but I had to spend money on it". Like, yeah... We kind of need to earn a living with this thing

Like buying it or like mtx? Cuz i honestly never seen someone say that, do people that stupid exist? Like ive seen people say 60$ for a game is too much and that 40-45$ would be fairer, and such. But if that review is stupid like u said ofc most games cost something lmao

MTX in this case. It's a surprisingly commonplace complaint. I think mobile games just have such a different audience -- one that really has no exposure to the world of game dev, because they're not that demographic and don't identify as gamers.

Tbh i dont like mtx. And if the review is 'i HAD to' it sounds like mtx is needed. Like it really depends on the type of mtx. So cant say whether or not the complaint is legit or not.

We monetise on: 1. Buying tickets that unlock episodes (you can alternatively wait X amount of time, but it only unlocks two at a time). Guess that doesn't really count as MTX in retro. 2. Character cosmetics (bought with gems) 3. Bonus scenes/options

1. Do you have to wait a long time, or an acceptable time, if its a long time i could understand the complaint 2. Thats okay. Unless its a game about cosmetics or the cosmetics play a part of the game. 3. Can you unlock them alternatively?

1. Two tickets per hour 3. No, but gems are similar to tickets -- you can earn them or wait for them, but in small quantities. These bonus scenes etc enhance the story, but aren't in any way pay to win. Gems take a much longer time to save up though.
