Is it too much to ask for hyphens, en dashes, and em dashes all on one keyboard?

Technically speaking, they are on the keyboard. Just need to use some annoying code to get it...
For Windows, em dash, —, can be typed by pressing alt+0151 (learnt that from RuneScape lol) while en dash, —, can be typed by pressing alt+0150. (Tho I don't see the difference...)
Ahh! In Google Docs I can get an em dash with two hyphens, which is how I do it. I just wish it had its own button!

Docs... *shiver* no keybindings at all. In Word, you get an em dash with "ctrl alt numpad-", en dash with "ctrl numpad-". Not 100% on this, but I think in Scrivener you can customize keys to make it even simpler. Please don't hurt yourself with docs. It's not friendly.

It's ok if you go into Preferences and set up automatic corrections, which can basically act as keybindings!
