First, I don't think that calling for more BAME representation means that the quality of what we have is lacking -- just that we want more of it, both to make the industry more representative of our world and to create opportunities for the BAME actors, which are limited atm
Secondly, I believe it would benefit this IP in particular because the Witcher is all about exploring these kinds of themes. It's known for its nuanced storytelling, for discussing things like morality, ethics, the environment, racism, politics, gender, etc. For me...
...a BAME cast would be a fitting next step for the IP, in keeping with the meta-narrative it's created so far. Just my opinion :)
I'm unsure how you got 'condones racism' from what I've said. That is most certainly not what I'm saying.
