I just dont like double standards. Thats all. I literally dont care what race someone is, aslong as the movie/game is good :D. Just no double standards. I really really dont like those.
I understand how you could see it that way. I personally feel that calling it a double standard ignores a lot of factors, such as the existing balance in the industry. But I see what you're saying.
If you consider from a casting perspective, there are SO many roles available for white people, but very few around for BAME actors. By casting a BAME character with a white person, you're reducing an already meagre number of opportunities. This is about creating more.
