If you’re leaning into joining a white supremacy grou, you already have a victim complex. Making fascists afraid of backlash limits their recruitments. You can’t have a civil debate with Nazis, white supremacy isn’t civil.
So you just give up on those people? People who might still be talked round? It seems wasteful to let them add those people to their ranks without even trying.

How do you think they recruit people? Through these types of rallies and meetings that face no negative backlash.

People who might not have joined their ranks if they didn't feel they had a cause, because we used violence as an offence. We must be careful of how our decisions impact things below the surface and in the longer term.

Yes. Because it takes an incredible investment in time and mental energy that could be used to actually, proactively help marginalized groups. And it’s vastly unlikely to work and legitimizes the other side as worthy of consideration.

This isn’t a new field. People have been fighting fascism for a long time. Direct opposition works. And if letting them win means literal death, how is it mortally sound not to do everything possible to stop them?
