Violence, fearmongering, hatred, and intimidation will not bring an end to violence, fearmongering, hatred, and intimidation.

The last thing you want to do is create martyrs, allowing white supremacists to play the victim card and believe that *we* are the bad guys for oppressing *them*. It just legitimises their beliefs and gives them a new edge for recruitment.

The far Left is treated with contempt because in this case it deserves it. Violent threats and "punch a Nazi" is just stupid. Using fascist tactics against Neo-Nazis is no solution and doesn't give Antifa any more high ground.

Antifa isn’t looking for a moral high ground. They’re not trying to lead any movement, just want nazis to go away. Something that the media and police are unwilling to do.
