The last thing you want to do is create martyrs, allowing white supremacists to play the victim card and believe that *we* are the bad guys for oppressing *them*. It just legitimises their beliefs and gives them a new edge for recruitment.

The far Left is treated with contempt because in this case it deserves it. Violent threats and "punch a Nazi" is just stupid. Using fascist tactics against Neo-Nazis is no solution and doesn't give Antifa any more high ground.

Unfortunately, I think your argument may fall on deaf ears here. Although we share a common goal, folks on this thread seem quick to assume that anyone who questions their methods is a sympathiser/just as bad. Actually, they're just alienating and losing their allies.
