Violence, fearmongering, hatred, and intimidation will not bring an end to violence, fearmongering, hatred, and intimidation.

The last thing you want to do is create martyrs, allowing white supremacists to play the victim card and believe that *we* are the bad guys for oppressing *them*. It just legitimises their beliefs and gives them a new edge for recruitment.

That doesn't mean we should give them evidence for that belief, endearing their cause to others. If we stoop to their level, the space between us starts to shrink, until eventually we're interchangeable.
