Interesting! That's my gut feeling, too -- at least, I wouldn't be comfortable doing it myself, but that's subjective. What do you make of the arguments being posed to the contrary by others on this thread?

I find the fact that I wouldn't feel comfortable knowingly working for a company with those practices. I wonder what that's routed in, and whether it's justified. Maybe it's more an ideal than an indicator of good vs bad.
