No, it's not unethical if you warn your customers about the dangers of addiction. Most of the time, governments force businesses to show these warnings but some do it on their own.
Good point -- one that my housemate raised, too. The FCA is incredibly strict. When I worked in equity crowdfunding, even tweets needed a disclaimer. Almost became part of Crowdcube's branding.
