Yes, because you know you will harm others and benefit, how is that up for a debate?
That's my first intuition, and I know that I would feel guilty -- would feel as though I was enabling it. But if you look at the other responses, I think it's fair to say that there are other considerations. As long as those exist, there will always be debate :P
