That’s beside the point though? The point of this thread is ‘be respectful of how others want to identify’. That doesn’t require you to believe that genders aren’t binary. You don’t have to agree with someone to be polite.

Attention or mental incapacities are the only reason people think that they aren’t one of the two genders that exist. If a person has mental incapacities I will do everything I can do to help them. I won’t give attention to those that don’t deserve it, however.

Your claim is a rather sweeping presumption, and one that can’t be backed up by science. Furthermore, what gives you the right to judge whether someone is just looking for attention? Are you telepathic?

In my responses to your other tweets, I amended that statement somewhat. If a person does not have a mental or physical difference then they are looking for attention, tell me why else they would pretend they’re something they aren’t

How can you claim to judge whether someone is pretending? And what do you even gain from that position? It’s easy to make judgements when your only experience is your own psyche. Plus, you still haven’t provided evidence to your point.

If a person isn’t born different from a male or female, and yet they claim to be how is it anything but pretending

If they’re pretending, how do you explain the fact that brain measurements for trans women are closer to those of cis women than cis men, and vice versa? There’s literally physical evidence to support the view that someone can be born with a male brain and a female body, etc.

This is quite obviously a mental incapacity
