Read someone describing BPD as being a "logical person in an illogical brain" and that feels fuckin spot on. Like I recognise ma problems and behaviour but the emotions are so intense I get pulled along regardless. An I get this is an illness but still, am so sorry.
Yeah, that sounds accurate as hell. I apparently give people good advice, and when I'm 'in a way' I'll know deep down what I *should* be doing and saying, but that part of me takes a backseat. It's a more turbulent, volatile, and spiteful thing that has the wheel.
