I'm tired of this idea that there has to be some "narrative reason" for a character to be gay, trans, disabled, a PoC, or all of those things etc. A character can be an asian lesbian in a wheelchair, there doesn't need to be a "plot justification" bc those people actually exist.
That or we start requiring a 10-slide PowerPoint presentation explaining the reasoning behind every cis white guy
