You ARE important <3 One thing I will say is that professional help only works if you let it. You have to be willing to put the work in yourself, too. So that fact that you already do what's in your power to manage it earns high respect from me. But if it ever gets too bad...

Just remember, you are no less deserving of good mental health than anybody else. Be kind to yourself. Make sure you're receiving the help you need if you decide you need it. Don't suffer needlessly.

I've always been more of a Carrie Fisher myself. Let's hope things turn out better for us both in the long run!
