Now theyve decided I have 8/9 BPD traits but not the diagnosis. How does that even work? #BPD

As such, they tend to only hand out diagnoses to people who are incredibly extreme, which short serves the rest of us who also need that help (and sends an awful message that we need to get worse to get better). Mental health services need way more funding to keep up with demand.

Just makes me confused whether I have it or not
