Now theyve decided I have 8/9 BPD traits but not the diagnosis. How does that even work?

IDK where you're based, but I live in the UK, and the NHS was *very* reluctant to help me. As soon as I mentioned BPD, they wouldn't touch me with a bargepole. I had to go private (thankfully my employer helped), and they were more than happy to help because they got money for it

Yeah I’m in the UK so went via NHS. Wouldn’t know how to go private and don’t have that sort of money

Neither do I, tbh. I was very lucky to have an employer that covered it. I wish I could provide guidance there, but I honestly just got a good hand.
