Can we please talk about the fact that #writing isn’t valued in the #games industry despite the fact that it can spell the different between an excellent game and a flop??

It's definitely upseting. Writing is an amazing skill, and a lot of things (especially games) could use it everywhere. It's one of the things I loved about Alan Wake, Kingdom of Amalur, and The Witcher they were all writer's creations.
Life is Strange, too. Any studio with a writers’ room is 
though tbh that should be a universal thing for games with any sense of story
