    Thanks to my friend Cindy Padnos and her VC firm for their illuminating research: no, women are not afraid of failure; we are less concerned with work/life balance than men and we are just as keen to grow our business.

    It's hard to be an entrepreneur and raise capital no matter your gender - but when external perceptions do not match your own, it's important to understand. may wish to take a look

    Would love to see far more asian women on magazine covers - esp with a huge movie like about to own the box office. It seems like a miss to not have it happen this month. We need more diversity of all kinds, all the time.

    More media attention is precisely what so many extremists and other bad actors want, and saying the solution is journalists refuting every single falsity spread by Jones and his ilk goes against everything we’re learning about how this stuff works

    Accounts like Jones' can often sensationalize issues and spread unsubstantiated rumors, so it’s critical journalists document, validate, and refute such information directly so people can form their own opinions. This is what serves the public conversation best.
